1913 Act 27 in Stat. of Union 4381.(1) From and after the commencement of this Act, land outside the scheduled native areas shall..be subject to the following provisions, that is to say:– (a) a native shall not enter into any agreement or transaction for the purchase, hire, or other acquisition from a person other than a native, of any such land or of any rights therein, or servitude thereover.
